What counts as an AI message?

Only replies MIRA’s AI generates and sends (text or voice). Messages your customers send you never count against the cap, and neither do replies your team writes by hand.

What happens when I hit my monthly cap?

AI auto-replies pause — nothing breaks. Your inbox keeps receiving every message and your team can reply manually. Upgrade any time to resume instantly; the counter resets each month.

Do I pay WhatsApp (Meta) fees separately?

Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number, so Meta bills its per-conversation fees to your Meta account directly. Your MIRA subscription is separate — we add no markup on Meta’s fees.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Full access for 14 days. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in one click from the Billing page — no calls, no forms.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. Your new limits apply from the switch.

Is my data isolated?

Every workspace is isolated with Postgres row-level security — tenant separation is enforced by the database itself, not just application code.
