Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your MIRA subscription, when cancellation takes effect, and what happens to your access and data afterwards. For when fees are refundable, see our Refund Policy.
1. Overview
You can cancel your MIRA subscription at any time — there is no minimum lock-in beyond the billing period you are currently in. Cancellation stops future renewals.
2. How to cancel
- Self-serve. Cancel from your dashboard under Settings → Billing at any time.
- By email. If you can’t access billing settings, email billing@hiremira.in from your registered email and we will process the cancellation. Please include your workspace name.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation applies to your next billing period. Your plan remains active and you keep full access until the end of the current paid period; auto-renewal is then switched off and you are not charged again. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — cancelling on or after the renewal date does not refund the period that has already started (see our Refund Policy).
4. What happens to your data
- Until the end of your paid period, the Service operates normally and you can export your data (leads, conversations, knowledge base).
- After the subscription ends, your account may move to a limited or read-only state. We retain your data for a reasonable grace period in case you reactivate, then delete or anonymise it as described in our Privacy Policy, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- You can request earlier deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@hiremira.in.
5. Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to return, you can resubscribe from your dashboard. If your data is still within the retention grace period, your workspace can be restored; after deletion, a fresh setup is required.
6. Cancellation or suspension by us
We may suspend or cancel your subscription for non-payment, breach of our Terms of Service, or misuse of the Service (including violations of WhatsApp/Meta policies), as described in those terms.
7. Refunds on cancellation
Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current period. Refund eligibility — including duplicate charges, billing errors and confirmed Service failures — is described in our Refund Policy.
